Dr. Milli Health & Wellbeing offers specialized workplace-based and corporate wellbeing talks aimed at enhancing productivity and overall wellbeing in your organization. Our comprehensive and doctor-led workplace programs are meticulously and bespoke designed, ensuring top quality and effectiveness.

Our program is designed to address health and wellbeing at both individual and organizational levels, encompassing six key pillars: nutrition, exercise, mental health, sleep, social connections and environmental factors. By focusing on these pillars, we aim to create a happier and healthier workforce, contributing to improved performance and overall satisfaction among your employees.

One area of particular importance that we address is supporting women through the perimenopause and menopause. Perimenopause and menopause can span from women in their 30-50s and can present with multiple varied challenges for many women, especially in the workplace, where it is often poorly understood by the team and employers. Our team at Dr. Milli health & wellbeing is dedicated to making a difference by providing the necessary guidance and support to help women manage these symptoms while excelling in their work environment.
