All payments and necessary forms must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Failure to submit your payment or signed consent forms within this timescale will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or for cancellations of appointments.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full cost of the appointment being charged unfortunately .

Dr Milli health reserves the right to change/cancel the appointment and provide an alternative time that suits you at a later date.

 

The fee and prices are subject to change without prior notice but you will only be charged the same price at the point that your appointment was booked.
