UNDERSTANDING MENOPAUSE IN THE WORKPLACE

Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet its impact on health, confidence and working life is still widely misunderstood. Symptoms can affect sleep, concentration, memory, mood and energy, sometimes making everyday working demands more challenging.

With the right knowledge and support, employers can make a meaningful difference.

The HELP Menopause Workplace Champion course provides evidence-based education and practical guidance to help individuals understand menopause, recognise its potential impact and champion a more informed, inclusive workplace.

Whether you are a manager, HR professional or employee passionate about improving workplace wellbeing, this course will help you turn understanding into meaningful action.
