Helping Employers to Navigate PMDD
Hormones 101
UNDERSTANDING PMDD IN THE WORKPLACE
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a severe, hormone-sensitive condition that can have a significant impact on emotional wellbeing, physical health, relationships and working life. Despite its impact, PMDD remains widely misunderstood, and people experiencing symptoms can face stigma, delayed diagnosis and difficulties accessing appropriate support.
PMDD is more than ordinary premenstrual symptoms. It can involve significant changes in mood, anxiety, irritability, concentration and energy during particular phases of the menstrual cycle, affecting how someone feels and functions in everyday life.
The HELP PMDD Workplace Champion course provides evidence-based education and practical guidance to help individuals understand PMDD, recognise its potential impact at work and create a more informed, compassionate and supportive workplace.
Whether you are a manager, HR professional or employee passionate about improving workplace wellbeing, this course will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to make a difference.
